Kinda izakaya is a cozy, lively spot with great vibes and friendly service. The menu has plenty of tasty Japanese comfort food—perfect for sharing. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and well-seasoned. Prices are reasonable, and the overall experience feels genuinely enjoyable.

Not what it used to be! Though service was excellent and the environment/ decor as lovely as I remember, the food? Not good! The hamachi carpaccio was sliced into these massive pieces that felt like raw chicken breast, the okonomiyaki was missing all the textural variation that makes it great, and the udon was mushy. What a bummer!
